Admittedly, it was an interesting concept. Bambi turned it over in her head. What did it feel like to utterly give in to such primal instinct? The rut had to be overpowering, the desire to do nothing else but to find a mate, to breed...
Bambi ran her hands down the front of her khaki vest, feeling the press of her own ample breasts, her nipples hard against the constraints of her bra. Her own touch sent a surprisingly strong jolt through her, a potent yearning. Once more, she found herself chewing on her bottom lip. Maybe she should just work the tension out, do something so that she could concentrate on getting out of here and finish up her notes. It was distracting. She tried to think of something else, anything else, as this was really not the time or the place for.. That. She shifted her legs, squeezing her knees together.

Red was watching her, keenly, drinking in her reactions even as she drank in the room. When he caught her eye again, he was suddenly touching her again, once more closing hands about her and lifting her. He didn't go far, a few steps towards his shallow nest of a bed, and he had placed her right into it. The furs kept anything from being scratchy, and she was surprised at how she sunk right into it.
Red was sinking on his digitigrade legs, then, his knees on either side of her. He was straddling her body, an intense glint in his amber eyes, his intentions suddenly and perfectly clear. Bambi was leaning up to kiss him again and found him willing, though a moment later he had retreated from her mouth to let his gently forked tongue draw across her neck, tasting the salt of her skin. A gasp burst from her, a shudder of pleasure moving south through her body.

I was worried about buying this set because the "books" only had one or two reviews when sold separately, and no reviews for this set. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought this set was cute with a mix of steamy sex thrown in. The heroine is studying this tribe of humanoid dragons and happens upon their mating season before winter sets in. It was cute to me because one of the dragons, after losing a mating fight with another male, comes across the heroine and claims her. Spoiler! The dragons look human with a few expectations such as flesh tones, having long forked tongues and sharp teeth, wings, tails and horns. I didn't get a feeling of bestiality from reading this, which worried me when I read the preview. I would recommend this set to anybody!Product details
